1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- Return request must be submitted within 3 calendar days of delivery
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Non-returnable items include:
- Final sale items
- Digital downloads or gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items marked “non-refundable” at checkout
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email support@beachiccloset.com with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for confirmation and return instructions
- Ship the item back using a trackable method
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery
- Include photos of the item and packaging
- We will cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You’ll be notified via email
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original and place a new order.
6. Lost or Late Returns
- We are not responsible for returns lost in transit
- Returns received after the 14-day window may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee
