1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • Return request must be submitted within 3 calendar days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-returnable items include:

  • Final sale items
  • Digital downloads or gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items marked “non-refundable” at checkout

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email support@beachiccloset.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable method

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery
  • Include photos of the item and packaging
  • We will cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund

4.  Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You’ll be notified via email
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original and place a new order.

6. Lost or Late Returns

  • We are not responsible for returns lost in transit
  • Returns received after the 14-day window may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee
